600 hours. One year. Teacher for life.
A structured one-year professional diploma submitted to the Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation (TNSDC) — aligned with the Montessori method, NEP 2020 and NCF-FS 2022, and delivered in English and Tamil. Nearly two-thirds of the programme is hands-on practice, not lectures.
Live classes and recorded lectures on our LMS — study from anywhere, in English or Tamil.
Supervised material work in our Montessori Laboratory with 50+ authentic materials.
Real teaching practice with children at Ansha Shine Kids School classrooms, under mentor teachers.
Competency-based practical examination and final project — graded A+ to C with transparent criteria.
